Putting Health and Safety solutions into practise is what our Health and Safety Manager (Stephen Plummer) does every day. We adhere to CITB standards and beyond in everything we do.

Stephen trains our staff and works directly with our clients to ensure a smooth, seamless operation at all times.

CSCS training and testing.
All of our staff are trained and tested using CSCS systems. All of our sites and projects are CSCS tested and our Managers/Supervisors/Site Foreman ensure that all of our staff adhere to the guidelines set and agreed with our clients in advance.

Our apprentices are trained using CSCS testing both onsite and at college. Our Supervisors and Foremen also act as mentors. This means our apprentices and staff generally turn to them when in doubt. Our mentors take time to get to know everyone's strengths and weaknesses, then provide explanations on how to improve.

We treat Health and Safety as a specific part of our quality control. We have integrated Health and Safety procedures with all of our management systems. Using CSCS has revolutionised the way we work.

The right approach can see a real reduction in costs and damage to plant, buildings, stock and finished goods. An organised workforce does lead to an efficient workplace and less wastage.

Our training and testing systems are properly recognised and no matter where the site is, the standards are always the same. All of our staff are highly competent, fully trained and are improving still further with every project.

All our emplyess are registered on the CSCS Scheme and are required to complete the health and safety test within two months of joining the firm. All our teams have regular updates and attend training courses on an ongoing basis.
